Yesterday I posted Jason & Erin's engagement photos.  Today I've posted some of my favorites from their wedding.  It was a HOT summer day but it was a lot of fun.

Being a full time husband, father, and farmer leaves me with little time for photography.  So to make this blog a bit more interesting, I'm digging into my archives for my favorite photos.  I enjoy going back and looking at how I've improved as a photographer.  Hope you enjoy this trip back in time.

Before the kids went to bed I decided to do a little photoshoot.  I set up the lightstand with my Canon 580ex and umbrella and had some fun.  I really enjoy using off camera flash.  My wife helped out on the photos of me and my son.  Below are my favorites.





My Models

My day job is farming.  My dream job is photography.  Since my day job takes up so much time, 6 days-a-week, I don't have much time for photography.  So I have to make the most of my free time.  Fortunately, I have kids who enjoy being in front of daddy's camera.  Below are a few of my favorite pics of my kids.

The Train Hill

I really like trains.  I always have and always will.  My children also like trains and we try to spend as much time as possible watching trains.  We have found an old loading dock in town from which we can view trains.  The kids call this loading dock the train hill.  Below are a few photos of them enjoying their time at the train hill.

June 10, 2011 - BNSF 7591 leads an eastbound intermodal train through Shafter, CA.
